800Sayara for Hyundai work in Dubai? Need honest reviews from Tucson owners

I've been driving my 2017 Tucson for about six years now and honestly it's been such a reliable car, never given me any major trouble until recently when I started noticing this weird vibration at idle that comes and goes unpredictably. I took it to a local garage in Al Barsha and they said it might be engine mounts, but they weren't sure and wanted to start replacing parts one by one which sounded like a money pit to me. I'm not exactly a car expert but I know enough to be suspicious when a mechanic can't give me a clear diagnosis. I started looking around for a shop that actually knows Hyundais well, especially the newer models with all their electronic systems, and I came across 800Sayara who seem to specialize in mobile repairs. The convenience factor is really appealing because I work in JLT and don't have the time to deal with dropping my car off and arranging alternate transport. What I'm looking for is state-of-the-art Hyundai repair at 800Sayara Dubai from technicians who understand these vehicles and have the proper diagnostic equipment, not just guys with a generic OBD scanner who'll throw parts at the problem. Has anyone here actually used them for something beyond basic maintenance, like engine diagnostics or suspension work? I'd love to know if they can actually identify the root cause of issues or if they're more of a quick-fix operation. Also curious about their pricing compared to the dealership, because I've heard the Hyundai service center charges an arm and a leg for diagnostics alone. I'm based in Dubai and would really appreciate some honest feedback before I make a decision because I don't want to end up with more problems than I started with.
