I have asked for some quotes from different companies and am now trying to decide how to compare the quotes without choosing the one with the lowest cost. If anyone has done a comparison before, what were the actual deciding factors when choosing among the construction companies Bristol? Did factors such as insurance coverage, portfolio, or manner of communication turn out to weigh more than cost?
