Anyone figured out dating advertising strategies yet?

I’ve been trying to wrap my head around dating ads lately, and honestly, it’s been more confusing than I expected. Everyone talks about getting traffic, but not many explain what actually works when it comes to tracking and improving results over time.

At first, I thought running ads for dating offers would be simple. Set up a few campaigns, test some creatives, and let it run. But the real struggle started when I couldn’t tell which ads were actually bringing in quality users. Clicks were there, but conversions felt random. It made me question whether I was targeting the wrong audience or just missing something obvious.

So I started digging into different approaches and came across a few ideas around better tracking and testing. I checked out some basics on Dating Advertising Strategies and tried applying small changes instead of overhauling everything at once. One thing that helped was tracking performance at a more detailed level, like separating campaigns by audience type and ad format instead of lumping everything together.

What I noticed was pretty interesting. Some ads that looked weak at first were actually performing better with a specific audience segment. Also, tweaking small things like timing and placement made more difference than I expected. It wasn’t about one big winning strategy, but more about gradually understanding what works and doubling down on it.

I’m still figuring things out, but I’d say don’t rely only on surface metrics. If something feels off, it probably is. Dig a bit deeper into the data, even if it’s basic. That’s where I started seeing clearer patterns.

Curious if others here had a similar experience or found a smarter way to track what’s actually working?
