Engine sounds ticky after oil change – wrong viscosity or something else?

I just had the oil changed on my 2016 Mazda CX5 at a quick lube place and now I'm hearing a faint ticking noise from the top of the engine when it's idling. The noise wasn't there before the service. I checked the receipt and they put in 5W30 but my owner's manual recommends 0W20. Could that be the problem? I'm thinking maybe I need to get an express synthetic oil flush Dubai to remove whatever they put in and replace it with the correct grade. I saw Dynostar's oil change page and they mention using manufacturer recommended viscosities. Has anyone here had a shop put in the wrong oil and heard ticking as a result? Will it damage my engine if I drive it for a week like this? I'm planning to go back tomorrow to complain but I want to be informed first. Also could the ticking be from a loose filter or low oil level? I checked the dipstick and it seems fine. Any advice on what to say to the shop would be really helpful. Thanks.
