Range Rover Autobiography at a price that seems too good to be true, anyone actually paid for one of those specialist inspections before?

I'm in that weird state of half excitement and half dread because I found a 2017 Range Rover Autobiography with the diesel V6 that's got fairly low kilometers and the dealer in Mussafah is willing to let it go for what feels like a steal compared to what I've seen on Dubizzle lately and my wife is already picking out new school run routes while I'm lying awake at night reading forum posts about timing chain tensioners and air suspension compressor failures and wondering if this is the greatest decision I'll ever make or the start of a very expensive therapy session, the car drove beautifully on the test route and the ivory leather interior is immaculate but I've been around long enough to know that a clean Range Rover can hide about twenty thousand dirhams worth of deferred maintenance under its shiny paint and that's before you even get into the potential electronic gremlins that like to pop up when the ambient temperature hits forty five degrees, I've been told by a few people that I should really only consider this if I get a proper inspection from someone who knows these trucks inside and out and I found a listing for some Range Rover pre-purchase inspection specialists here in Abu Dhabi that seems to cover everything from the EGR cooler health to the suspension cross valve blocks and honestly that level of detail is the only thing giving me a bit of peace of mind right now, so I guess my question is has anyone actually gone through with one of these deep dive inspections on a used Range Rover and did it either save you from a nightmare or give you the confidence to finally pull the trigger and enjoy the thing without a constant knot in your stomach.
