What are the battle effectiveness and capability of Lucario in any battle?

Lucario appears in many battles in the pokemon series, specially in pokemon movies in which he helps to save the tree of beginnings. It is immune against poison type pokemon and unaffected by the bug, rock, normal, grass, ice, steel, dark, dragon. But, It is normally affected by the water, electric, flying, psychic, fairy, ghost and weak against fire, fighting, and ground type.
