Wrangler JK AC compressor just started screaming and now I'm getting nothing but hot desert air

I've had my 2012 Wrangler Sahara for about four years and I've put up with a lot of its quirks because I genuinely love the thing but this morning when I fired it up to head to work in Sharjah the AC compressor made this god awful screeching noise for about ten seconds and then went quiet and now the vents are just blowing hot air like a hair dryer and I'm sitting in traffic on Al Ittihad Road with the windows down sweating through my shirt and wondering if I've finally reached the breaking point with this Jeep. I popped the hood in the parking lot at Sahara Centre and the compressor clutch isn't engaging at all and there's a bit of oily residue around the front of it which I'm guessing means a seal blew and all the refrigerant escaped and now the compressor is probably toast and maybe the expansion valve is clogged with debris too if the compressor was eating itself internally. I know these Pentastar engines run hot and the AC systems get a real workout in our summers but I really don't want to take it to some generic garage that'll just slap on a cheap Chinese compressor and call it a day only for it to fail again next summer, so I've been trying to find a Trusted Jeep AC Repair Workshop Sharjah that actually knows these JKs and can do a proper flush of the system and install a quality Denso or Mopar compressor without charging dealership prices. Anyone else with a Wrangler or a Grand Cherokee had to replace their AC compressor in Sharjah and found a shop that did a thorough job and didn't cut corners on the flush or the drier replacement because I really don't want to be doing this same repair again twelve months from now.
